Welcome to a beautifully renovated house in the Aquitaine region of France. You will find a spacious home, catering for all your needs. The property sits on the outskirts of a village with shops, restaurants, bar and boulangerie all within walking distance. There is also an equestrian centre, canoe centre and outdoor activities on the outskirts of the village. The Altantic coast is a 30/40 minute drive away giving a 130km coastline to explore. The region also offers huge pine forest, large lakes alongside interesting historic places of interest to visit.
The house sleeps eight, comprising of three double and one twin room, one upstairs bathroom and a large downstairs shower room. There is a comfortable lounge, study, utility room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor.
Within the garden is a ten by five metre serviced swimming pool, with automatic robot for cleaning. A lawned garden, approx one third of an acre and patio area surrounds the pool. There is a beautiful wooden extension in the garden, providing shade for outdoor eating or relaxing. The garden is fully irrigated.
